Therapy methods such as CBT are the most effective treatments to take back control of your mental health and improve your quality of life.
I also help with Miscarriage and Fertility Issues. I hold a Certificate in Infant Loss Training (ILT) in Pregnancy and Infant Loss. I have also trained in Assisting Clients with "Subsequent Pregnancies After Loss".
My name is Maretta Byrne, I am a fully qualified experienced Counsellor/ Psychotherapist and a fully Accredited Member of IACP. I am also a Licensed practitioner for the Mind over Body, Weight Management Programme. I work with Adults, Adolescents and groups.
It is important to find a counsellor/psychotherapist you can trust, so you can talk openly about how you feel. Our first session will give you the time and space to decide if we can work together.

The relationship we build is based upon trust, genuineness and the ability for me to explore your world from your eyes. This then enables me to understand exactly how things are for you, and from that point, we can work together to focus on the areas that you are wanting to change in your life, or the areas that are causing worry and anxiety.
I work in a non-judgemental way, which means that my own values and beliefs are put aside in order to truly understand and hear yours.
