ISSUES I WORK WITH
Depression/Suicidal thoughts/Self Harm
Low Self Esteem
Bereavement, Grief and Loss
CBT for Weight-loss
Currently I charge a rate of €60 per session (€50 for initial assessment approx 40 mins). Low cost/student rate is available. Some health insurance companies now cover a proportion of the cost of a session. I am a registered practitioner with Laya Healthcare and as a fully accredited member of IACP, Irish Life Health also cover a proportion of the cost. The VHI, depending on your plan, will also cover some of the cost on presention of your receipt.
You may find a few sessions can help you address a specific problem, or you may choose to work on a longer-term basis in order to focus on deeper issues. The first session is very much about exploring what you would like to get from the counselling journey.
